The article actually mentions me as one of the victims of this because I ran for Council in 2013, one of the years that they were charged for violating the campaign rules.
May I have my seat now?

Dave, great idea! You can now sue the town of Belmar & have two things happen. 1. Not feel bad because you’re not a resident any longer & 2. Not care because you don’t pay taxes anymore. Therefore, its really profiting this time! LOL!
“Bad boys bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you…”
More people moved out of the Garden State in 2018 than any other state, according to a new study by United Van Lines – though New York wasn’t far behind.

A bit off subject but we win again. Somehow though I don’t think the non-taxpayers (people who need free stuff to live) are the ones moving.
We used United so we are part of that.
And Dave, we beat out some stiff competition in NY, Conn. & Ill. which makes our “victory” all the more sweet.
Glad I could contribute.
D &K you picked the wrong state.
