Guilty

 

The article actually mentions me as one of the victims of this because I ran for Council in 2013, one of the years that they were charged for violating the campaign rules.

May I have my seat now?

    Dave, great idea! You can now sue the town of Belmar & have two things happen. 1. Not feel bad because you’re not a resident any longer & 2. Not care because you don’t pay taxes anymore. Therefore, its really profiting this time! LOL!

    A bit off subject but we win again. Somehow though I don’t think the non-taxpayers (people who need free stuff to live) are the ones moving.
