Headline should read:
“Judge rules against finance fairytale in Taylor Pavilion lawsuit”
Judge ruled poisoning of interpretive question on ballot be stricken, new ballots have to be mailed as a result of administrative skullduggery;
Judge ruled Buy a board money not part of pavilion;
Judge ruled beachgoers paid for north and south pavilion construction;
Judged ruled that Belmar willfully mislead their minions
The beach and Boro books are supposed to be accurate. Question when the DPW guys do work on the beach is the time tabulated and charged to the beach fund?
Well I know for a fact that the Borough psys some of the DPW workers and half of the Belmar Police from the beach funds
#4. and as it should be. Perhaps not half, but now 2015, there should be a ratio that has been established for the DPW and the PD, contribute to the shoreline. Perhaps more, summer, weather prevailing. Simple logic, can’t blame that on this governing body unless an unreasonable percentage. Should have been established years ago. Just saying and being fair, although not knowing percentages. Vote NO.
So the forensic audit will show we’ve been using the beach utility fund to pay 1 half of annual police budget? We then have to retroactively pay back the beach utility? Does the beach utility have to pay pension benefits for the summer overtime pay allocated to the BUF? When will we know how much money we are obligated to pay back to the BUF. IS THIS AN IRS ISSUE as it pertains to unearned income by the borough?
I need more aspirin.
