A recent OPRA request on the Como project RFQ:

 

 

Since I had nothing better to spend 4 fours on, I cut out the duplicates and triplicates in the response and then put the emails in chronological order for you.  (Click on the images to enlarge them.)

 

No time left for me to actually read it now.  I’ll let you guys do that for me.

    I’m no expert but the April 17th email appears to show collusion between Belmar and (Maser) for award of contract.
