I Hope I Don’t Start Get Carded Now

Personally I think that if we can allow eighteen year olds to join the military and kill and be killed and if can can allow eighteen year olds, and even younger, to give consent for life changing medical procedures, we can let a twenty year old smoke a cigarette.

Here’s my question. If a 4 year old can be killed in a car wreck, should they be allowed to drive?

Smoking will hurt you more if you start smoking to young.. my friend died at 32 because she started to smoke at 13. Smoke never made you heathy or added years to your life

Hello Maria, Agreed, I smoked from when I was about 12 yrs. old to my early 40’s. Didn’t do me any good. But we’re all different. I used to do a bit of charity work and we sometimes did small jobs for a lady out in Jackson who had severe arthritis. Her hands were like giant lobster claws. Her friend from across the street used to come into her house early in the morning and light her candle which would burn all day. That way she could smoke all day (she had a way she could hold the cigarette in her claw/hand). She was in her late 80s, early nineties. Had all her marbles and could put up with my stupid jokes (I used to tell her how unhealthy smoking was). She’s dead now. I really liked her.
