#5 – I’d hold my fire about Mr. Walsifer. There has been no real opportunity to take on the mayor, bookends and nice lady. If Mr. Walsifer sits there mute the next time Matt goes off the deep end (which he will), that will be the time to condemn him.
#1 – Whether in the resolution or not, D’Jais stopped their expansive, and REQUIRED, morning clean-up patrol years ago (probably 7) and were replace by borough employees. The problem this year is that the borough employees seem to have disappeared and the south end streets and sidewalks are a disgusting mess of fast-food junk and beer cans. The place looks like a slum.
This is another example of the man-boy mayor having to give in on another of his attempts at being the ruler of Belmar. Good try mayor and thanks for the legal bills left in the wake of your childish acts. Will the new councilman publicically disclose the amount of the unnecessary expenses and condem the mayor and council for their past behavior and for screwing this business?
11, a few years back, when questioned about why restrictions were removed from D’Jais license, the police chief stated “because (D’Jais) asked for them to be removed.” A photo of the faces in the audience would have been priceless and the truth that D’Jais owns the mayor and council was confirmed.
All of this could have been avoided if the town followed through with the original terms of the redevelopers agreement. The people of Belmar should hold them accountable and vote them out! They have wasted valuable tax dollars on exorbitant legal fees. This is not over. The town still has to deal with the Harmon lawsuit. It is quite obvious to everyone that the mayor dislikes the Harmon’s and is doing everything he can to sabotage their business. I hope they have their day in court. Unfortunately, its going to be at the expense of the Belmar taxpayers.

I’d like to see the restrictions that are on the D’Jais license.
So, the Loko/KAPALKO settlement (with our tax paid insurance premium increases +) will be, essentially, in camera?
$450. per hour law firm purchased how many tickets to “Mayors pay to play” ball?
the settlement introduces a Belmar “Parking License”
Council (including Walsifer) are just a bunch of rubber stamp phonies. Nut up to the Mayor, ask questions, you bunch of sheep.
Confucius says ask questions you may get the truth

Frivolous
The 1st bullet talks about the attached settlement agreement in exhibit A. Did they not include that (and should it be?)
Also why is the Talyor tenent backing out / being released?
It should have been attached but anyway I OPRAed it.

Can it even exist #10? Doesn’t the council need to meet in Executive Session to discuss and approve?

Any word on the Harmon Brothers suit?
the mayor dislikes the Harmon’s

#15 – The mayor doesn’t “dislike” the Harmon’s. He’s just doing what his handlers tell him to do.
#4: the ramifications of “parking license to the taxpayers?
