I run this explanation from Statcounter about once a month
Any idea what the debt service is on the 5 million dollar, plus Taylor Pavilion?
Our income is approximately $9000., per month (much less than tenancy at 10th Avenue Pavilion).
Do we share the rental income and/ or debt service with the Beach Utility Fund? Is there a Pro Forma Available for review and analysis on the cost benefit loss ratio we are incurring?
Meet you all on Wednesday 6pm Merrimakers 5th Avenue Pavilion for their bridal venue showcase.
There should be valet parking.

So where are the cars valet parked? Who gets the income? And yes Maria, it would seem the commercialization of our Taylor Pavilion has taken precedence over all those lovely groups our Mayor said was the reason we HAD to spend 5 mill to rebuild!!!! For the woman’s club, the Boy Scouts, the seniors etc. What a scam!!!! all of you who voted yes to spending that 5 plus million because you thought the locals were going to benefit….. just try booking that room on a Saturday or Sunday. What a travesty. Dorehty and Connolly, ugh. What a con.

The question is now come Sept 2017, will the Womens Club meet at Taylor’s or do we have to go through the tenant at the pavilion??? We have spent five years at Brandi’s waiting for the completion of the peoples house of Belmar
Weekends won’t be available but you know there are weekdays and that’s the only crumbs that will fall for all the ladies to lap up.
#8 – Those meetings will now be held at the soon to be newest borough debacle, the Methodist Church that US the TAXPAYERS will be renting and maintaining. Open up OUR public schools for our use and stop this insanity of building someone’s fiefdom.
