The are all nothing but paid Rectums. Alert all in the legislature how you feel about their vote in your neighborhood

Calling these guys is good idea , but I feel we should be calling our local friends and families that live in the affected towns and alerting them to what could possibly be happening. If the leadership of these affected towns passed resolution opposing such action it might carry more weight.
Then we petition for 12 midnight closing, remember it’s our town!
When will people learn closing at midnight is not an answer to any problems

Can this be put into the newspaper? I am shocked that these sponsors and co sponsors are allowed to pass laws that have nothing to do with their districts!How is this allowed ? Take care of your own areas and let us vote on issues in our own towns that directly affect our quality of life not theirs!

What do Giblin,Diegnan,Mukherji and Deangelo all have in common? They aren’t from Monmouth County and they are sponsoring a bill that doesn’t effect their constitutes. But most of all they have collectively taken over 10,000.00, that’s
TEN THOUSAND!!!! in campaign contributions from DJS including Luddeke, Sementa and Conners!!!!! talk about pay to play!! UGLY!!!
How does the story of the contributions to these out of town legislators get to the Asbury Park Press?
People need to post and share in their Facebook so people in the affected towns know what is happening. Believe it or not most towns don’t have Dave to keep them informed .

What happened to our new assessment notices?
Good question
Belmar.com has a notice from tax assessor that the reassessment company asked for an extension. They were supposed to be ready Dec 1. “Will update” is how they left it. Remember you only have till January 15 to appeal. What a joke our Mayor is. And council. Pay extra for rèassessment so Doherty could say he didn’t raise taxes. Then put us under the gun with hardly any time to appeal.
#22. That is a challenge in and of itself. Appeal time would run from actual receipt of the tax assessment bills by the property owners. Contact your legislators. They are all over this website.
#23. And say what? Our Mayor manipulates us for his own advantage? Our council does his every bidding? That we are going to get hammered because of lawsuits, bonding and budget manipulation?

Property tax assessment appeals are difficult in Belmar because you need recent sales of comparables …. I’ll be happy if 115 Inlet Terrace is assessed at least $1.425M.
