“Honey, the thing about stalkers is that you can’t see them”
“No, silly, not that kind of stalker, this kind of stalker”
“No dogs on boardwalk” “Watch for people and bicycles”
The message/radar trailer pictured above was purchased by the police department but paid for out of the Tourism fund. This happened a year ago but was only recently brought to my attention.
.Actually I think this could have been paid for out of the beach utility.

You’re the only source to find accuracy in Belmar. This sign pollution tops the cake. Radar to boot. Distracts motorists. Worse than the PNC GSP AD. NEXT stOP the parking sPACES right in front oF the stop sign at the downtown BUSINESS district. Illegal CHECK STATUTES
Please someone explain the waste of money for the sign a few months ago to report potholes. Are the residents that stupid that we don’t know how to call DPW to report a pothole???????
There should be an award for the municipality that wastes the most amount of money!
How about stop the stupidity and REDUCE our taxes instead of sending a letter that the taxes are the same!!!!!
Someone’s ne’er-do-well nephew has a warehouse full of these pieces of junk and sells them to towns.
The coastal evacuation signs have been gone for quite a while.
Driving thru Bradley’s Ocean Avenue is a pleasure. Pedestrians crossing at crosswalks. What could the difference be, Christmas tree dunes, different Ocean? Only God knows.
Will the spending ever stop? This is getting out of hand.
Please bring back the coastal evacuation signs. They are important.
The Ocean Ave area is just dangerous, too much chaos from Djais. So the big flashing sign just adds to the risk of distracted drivers.
