I heard the Borough asked all the lifeguards to attend a meeting this afternoon with Colleen, Brian, Drew Huisman and Greg Cannon. I’m not going to try to go to it or tape it but I’ll pass along any information I get about what was said.

With all the lifeguards or the supervisors?

I was told the supervisor and his assistant did not get a call to attend the meeting. They were not invited.

And the purpose and outcome of the hastily called Lifeguard/Administration meeting today was???
Oh, that’s right it’s an employee/ employers meeting which can’t be discussed publicly.
How can we ever respect these people. The lies never stopped, first they said they didn’t have the supervisor phone number (really),they had no problem finding it all summer. That’s why he wasn’t there. Second they said they called the assistant supervisor another lie, she never got a call. When Drew was asked about the stands being down,and the mayors comments, he didn’t know what we were talking about. Colleen and Brian kept lying, drew was thrown under the bus and Mark tried to get some answers for us.
