We’ve been told cars with Maryland plates are suspect because they often are not insured in Maryland. Is there an motor vehicle insurance requirement in Maryland?
that’s the ticket! …. stable taxes at quality of life expense.
Life is good on Inlet Terrace.
Last year there was a Mercedes parked on the corner where the curb is painted yellow,as the gentleman was walking to the hoity toity restaurant on Ocean, one of Belmar’s finest approached him and very politely asked him to move the car it is parked illegally,i don’t want to ticket you.The man replied “write me up I am not moving the car”, a ticket was written. These people have an attitude.
Call for a superior officer and then tow it, then arrest the AH for obstruction.
Maybe elected official should drive around, ha, ha, ha and take photos of just the parking violations!
I witnessed a car being towed from a hydrant on Ocean Ave yesterday afternoon. There are several “no parking” spots around our home. If you tell the people it’s not a parking spot, they either say thank you and move it immediately, or lately they say, “f*** you, it’s worth the ticket.”
Tow them to hell…………..
Why don’t the police ‘boot’ them?
#1- Your sources are on the right track. The majority of the Maryland plated vehicles driving around this area are being illegally driven by those born south of the border. Take notice. In Maryland, you can show up at DMV with a tattered bible, with a name and date of birth hand written in it. You get a driver’s license. Chances are great that that vehicle is not properly insured, so keep your distance. ICE, please take note. PA and Ohio are other states where laws are lax.
Remember ICE Secret Service agents and FBI Director Robert Mueller were scammed in PONZI scheme by McLeod in Jacksonville.(see Bloomberg.com). Who’s screening who, what, when or where?
Isn’t there some new “report it” site for belmar? Anyone have a link?
