A few weeks back I and three others got got tickets after the 11:30 mass at St. Rose Seventh Ave for parking in front of the fire house which is not signed at all. I understand everyone who parked in these spots also got ticket. 8:30, 10:00, 11:30. And 5:00 masses.

#9 – Have you ever given any thought to Matt’s ability to stay within the law? In what way has he shown us he has such an ability? This is just more of the same from him.

Last night I got the felling We have become prisoners in our own town.Tourism is great but not if you cant get out of your own driveway. We need to take back our town, enforce ordinances on noise from business. How do the residents benefit in any form from this? 16th ave and Ocean ave have become an obstacle course. We are a town without leadership.

That is the MO of the Democratic Party from Obama to Hillary. Those in Power can do whatever the hell they want with no consequences. The anchor babies get free food and health care and a roof over their head for free.If you are a government union worker you don’t have to work any harder than the next guy to get paid the same as every one else, motivation to get ahead no need.

Senior discounts available from Optimum CABLEVISION only eligible if you limit your service to TV only, no internet. Evidently their Franchise agreements are entered into individually by each different town. If you don’t have disposable income you can’t use their reward program either. Thanks Matt and Council for another crummy deal against Seniors.

#13 Anon If the Mayor,Council and Claire really cared about the lack of funds the seniors have for cable, they could very easily have a fundraiser at Djais and other donations for the seniors in need. As usual they are all a bunch of phonies, all the care about is being in power so they get free food and top notch parking spots for themselves.

Those “representatives” negotiated with Optimum. Seniors all over Belmar are penalized for having Internet and TV. Thanks Belmar!

I’m not a Senior yet but why do some think that just because you’re a Senior everything should start being FREE? Lots of free services are made available. Discounts offered everywhere. Services for food, shelter and medical care are a PRIORITY but free internet??

You know there are some who live day to day on X that don’t qualify for poverty programs because they are house heavy. They are the ones who can’t afford to shop to take advantage of reward discounts. Just a circle, zero advertised benefits, another marketing tool.
