That type of thing just isn’t possible anymore in this society we live in. These young men would never put up with such regulation or work that those young men did back in the 1930’s.

    Not all commercial property assessments went down. My assessment was $100k higher than last year . If you add the SID tax and Tourism fee it becomes prohibitively expensive to do business in Belmar.
