Just noticed that last Friday marked 10 years since my very first post. Certainly far more people will read it here today than read it when it was originally published as I had no readers then.
This post today is the 4,287th. There have been 35,225 comments. I calculate that there have been a total of about 2.75 million page views. Thanks for reading and contributing with your comments, tips and submissions.

Thank you for all the effort and work you put into keeping us all informed. Congratulations on your achievement!
Thank you
Wow! Cool Dave! I wonder what our tax rate compared to all those towns is today. It seems like Lake Como is in much better shape today thanks to sharing, but I too worry about sharing services for the same reasons you do.
Way to go, Dave. This blog helped topple a tyrant. Ten years of speaking truth to power and providing a platform for the people. Congrats!
Thanks Dave for continuing to keep us all informed all the way from New Hampshire. Merry Christmas!
Dave. Quite an achievement. Your blog has given us information and transparency, not to mention a place to vent. Thank you. And thanks to Karen and your family for sharing you with us. I know how much time and energy you put into this blog. You’ve always tried to be fair and balanced. Belmar owes you a debt of gratitude. 10 years! You’re the man!!
Yes, thank you for all these years of service for the Belmar Community, now coming from the Northern Command of CommonSense.
Haha, thanks all of you.
Thank you Dave. You’re a good man. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Prosperous New Year.
Just think,it all started with banning smoking on the beach. Thanks Dave for all you do
It did all start with the smoking thing.
Congratulations, Dave, on the 10th anniversary of CommonsenseforBelmar. What a difference you’ve made!
My friends and I miss you and thank you for your diligence. And your little dog, too!
