You can have the most unethical Municipal government, it is not illegal unless there is Proof of cash changing hands or Municipal employees doing private work for a Municipal official.

It will never be marijuana, and there is not nearly enough to space to make “Bar A North”. Also, that group went to the council and asked for all residential and were denied. Doesn’t sound like a group salivating over building a bar or marijuana dispensary…
