Unless you have money changing hands there is no case. Municipal officials are not held to the higher standards that the county, state and federal have. You can have the most unethical Municipal government, it is not illegal unless there is Proof of cash changing hands or Municipal employees doing private work for a Municipal official.

Quit talking out of your rear end Creamer. You don’t know anything about LOKO clearly. That property would be a graveyard or town dump before those people put weed there.
#9 quit rubbing Creamer’s belly. I know the “current group” far better than either of you ever will. Loko would never consider putting a marijuana dispensary on their property. Quit spreading false propaganda. As for Doherty, well maybe they will want a dispensary somewhere in town, but it will not be on Loko’s property.
By all means continue yelling at clouds. Yell at the current administration like most are. Yell at all the different groups of people opposing the current administration like you are. Whine about the dems. Whine about the Republicans. Whine about the business owners. Whine about the state employees. But stop spreading lies or you are just as bad as Matt.
Speculating about outcomes is not spreading lies, just raising pertinent questions. How many more bars does Belmar need? Anti-weed people seems to be riled up, but how about the ones who have had enough of the bar problems? The Anchor Tavern was not supposed to have amplified music outdoors, but that has been overlooked as I recall from last summer. Invest in earplugs.
The mixed use plan brought forward to the planning board had apartments/condos up top and some commercial space on the bottom. It will never be marijuana, and there is not nearly enough to space to make “Bar A North”. Also, that group went to the council and asked for all residential and were denied. Doesn’t sound like a group salivating over building a bar or marijuana dispensary…
The liquor license transfer denial is a raw detail… But if that were my license, I would be focused on how and where I can use it… The law suit would be very low on my priority list… But creating an opportunity to apply the license in a different venue would be my focus….

I admit I’m average but in my “average” opinion this ain’t over.
If the judge thought it was “extremely frivolous” he would have dismissed it with prejudice. He didn’t.
Dave, you go to the head of the class!

#8. You are wrong Creamer is correct. That is if the current group running the joint stays in power

It seams like a crummy location to me, right tyte up to the train trestle like it is.
Gene is always correct and very humorous!
Money versus integrity? Money usually wins in business. Sorry.
I’d put more faith in Nostradamus and he’s been dead for almost 500 years. Not sure what is worse. The fool… or the fool who follows the fool.
#11 You know nothing. If I want to rub his belly it’s my business. Put an egg in your shoe and beat it.
11? Loko\loco mouthpiece?

#8 …. LOKO’s land use approvals go with the property ,,,, not the personality.
