#1 …. Yep! …. total lack of transparency on both sides of the lawsuits …. We need a copy of the subject Redevelopment Agreement before evaluating claims.
However, I find it troubling that the wizard hired Gibbons,PC to defend a contract that was probably prepared by Northgrave?

Dave . I’m pretty sure that the redevelopment agreement would be a public record, is that the case? And has it ever been OPRAed ?

I don’t believe it has ever been OPRAed. Think anyone is interested in reading it?

Just commenting back on what’s listed on this thread of people saying show me the agreement . I’m not overly interested as I’m pretty sure the town and its leadership has blown it again

I’ve seen the Chefs agreement for the marina and I’ve seen Depeppe’s agreement for the 5th Ave project. They are quite large. Any person who wants to voluntarily sit down and read these things has my vote for mayor.

The Unions are a business, they collect dues that is their revenue. Now they have to go with the people that make decisions. Most roads tunnels, bridges, etc. are done by a handful of companies who are Union. The Democratic Party has lost control of who they were, and when normal people hear ridiculous comments by Elizabeth Warren, John Dean, Harry Reid, Nancy Peolosi,Barbara Boxer,James Carville,Hillary all she did was attack Trump, and our own Claire this is the result!

I recall the non-resident, burly, loud union man who spoke at length at a Mayor and Council meeting before the pavilion referendum vote, as I recall. Claire was up in the front row with him. That was actually scary, like a potential fight could erupt. Bully bully bully. (We pay you, you hire us.)

For an overview, I would review the Mayor & Council meeting when Kapalko first presented the redevelopment project publically. I was at the meeting, but now I have to go and find it here on your blog. 2013, wqhen they still had regular meetings. Ha, Ha.

Sorry for my absence. I have always like primary sources. Kapalko’s presentation for redeveloping the Pied Piper Ice House site is available on this site. Mayor & Council Meeting January 16, 2013. Starts at 5:45 minutes with Mad Matt introducing “our good friend Greg Kapalko” and ends on a supportive note at 28. 06 minutes. For those interested, you can witness the struggle and the financial commitment by developer Kapalko and the desire by mayor and council for him to invest his hard earned money and time to demolish and redevelop in the post-Sandy environment. The changes to phase one can be viewed at the video of the Oct. 23.2013 meeting. View and then ask yourself who is lying about the redevelopment agreement and what was said and done to Kapalko.

If Klein does build condos he would have to market to deaf people, unless the specs call for a soundproof building. The trains are not leaving and by law have to sound the horn at every crossing. I have been in the lot and can hear the horn from Bradley Beach.

If you actually watch the video and watch the mayor introduce Greg as his friend and they eagerly listen to the presentation you will see the mayor lean over to Councilwoman Nicolay and whisper this is a great project. At that meeting you can see there are numerous references to expanding the 507 license across the street from the Harmons or creating a paper road or many scenarios ultimately the decision was to transfer it across the street. I guess the people from chefs international’s are better friends to the mayor then Greg is clearly they’ve got the upper hand in all the dealings in town
