Nobody (New) Is Suing Us

That’s always good.

 

 

My guess..and hope…is that the “pending litigation” is the Borough readying legal action against Maser, either for the 10th Ave pavilion disaster or the Como project engineering bid disaster.  Or maybe the neglect of the sanitary sewer system resulting in the contamination of the Shark River.  Or maybe all of it.
