OCEAN AND 11TH AVENUES: Joseph G. Frey Jr., 55, of 10th Avenue was charged Aug. 27 (2005) with driving while intoxicated and assault with a motor vehicle by patrolmen Mike Campbell and Darian Vitello.

FIFTH AVENUE: Carl B. Purnell Jr., 63, 11th Avenue was charged Oct. 29 (2005) with driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Darian Vitello.

16TH AVENUE AND MAIN STREET: Katie M. Shibla, 28, of Manasquan was charged Oct. 30 (2005) with driving while intoxicated by patrolmen Eric Weir and Darian Vitello.

16TH AVENUE AND MAPLEWOOD ROAD: Borough woman Cheryl D. Sergi, 41, was charged Sept. 25 (2006) with driving while intoxicated by Patrolmen Darian Vitello and Chris Lynch.

11TH AVENUE AND ROUTE 35: Borough man Thomas B. Sheehan, 46, was charged Nov. 15 (2006) with driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Darian Vitello.

A STREET: Mary C. O’Connor, 32, of Bayonne was charged Dec. 10 (2006) with driving while intoxicated by Patrolmen Darian Vitello, Mike Campbell and Chris Lynch.

MAIN STREET: Eric A. Mackellar, 45, of Spring Lake Heights was charged Feb. 16 (2007) with driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Darian Vitello and Todd Lee.

12TH AVENUE AND ROUTE 35: Joelle M. Rybakowski, 29, of Neptune City was charged March 9 (2007) by Patrolman Darian Vitello and Sgt. Patrick McGovern with driving while intoxicated.
