In terms of feet from Murray Senior Towers, 10 burritos, Anchor and Brewery are closer. Stay Gold can definitely be competing in terms of sound with East winds blowing. Don’t forget NJ TRANSIT trains impacting the ears of the greatest generation. Just another nail in our insurance pay out coffin as the lawsuit(s) dages escalate. And the taxes received by Belmar for all of the above locations is what, individually?
