In this (not very current) Google satellite image it’s clear that the old ice house, now replaced with Kapalko’s patio bar, sits about four times further than 10th Ave Burrito from the Senior building.

In terms of feet from Murray Senior Towers, 10 burritos, Anchor and Brewery are closer. Stay Gold can definitely be competing in terms of sound with East winds blowing.
