I believe that portion of the pier is the public space and not part of 9th Ave Pier. Assuming so, this would be like a Main St restaurant piling their trash on the curb.
Tom, I’m not sure but this is later in the day so I would think the 9th Ave Pier is generating a lot more daily trash then the bags seen here. So, where’s the rest of the garbage ? My guess is that there is probably a dumpster that they use somewhere and if so, that would mean this is just laziness.
Lawless Matt should have a DPW worker working late to clean up the bags of trash all over town. If you think about it, that trash is leaking its oozing liquid crap in the river. GJ Lawless Matt, you’re gonna make a great Freeloader.

Looks like a Health Code violation to me. Selective enforcement.
They have dumpsters! They probably over filled the dumpsters in the parking lot along Rt. 35 and besides that, the stench coming from those dumpsters are so bad, they had to spread the stench out around the pier bar. If that stench came from someone else’s business or house, code enforcement would be calling the board of health and writing out tickets to the owners…..but not 9th Ave Pierre owners !?!?!?!

Any idea why the dredge lot is being paved today? I can’t find anything online but I thought that they were starting this weekend?
#9 – I don’t know why they’re paving it, but I guess they’re going to use it for the boat trailers.
Food preparation phew… take a whiff of Brandl’s Garbage riddled, parking lot dumpster, rat infested coming West Nile or Zika virus haven as you try to enter the Belmar Home Pharmacy. Talk about puke inducing, laxative resulting stench. Only protected status could allow such health violations about the food trucks infused animal waste by products.
