They can cater the private new club around the corner on 16th and railroad? COULD THIS BE WHY Mayor won’t allow an in house kitchen operation at the FSOS or will Ma’s be catering ???
“Boardwalk area”? Why don’t they ask for a variance to put artificial turf or sand on the sidewalk in front of the shop? People can bring beach blankets and beach chairs and enjoy their sandwiches outside.
Where is the change of use? From commercial business to resterauant?outdoor dining?garbage?
Hey the FSOS holding a political event at their club???
Don’t go to Main Street …. go to the beach and eat the sand which is there.
