Scene Of Fatal Dog Attack

76 Inlet Terrace.  Owned by Mark and Deborah Gannon.

I used to walk my dog around the Terrace and past there all the time.  My wife and I call it “the loop”.  But even with the pepper spray that I now will be carrying I’m not going to go near there if the Gannons get their dogs back.

Sucks.

They were pit bulls, btw. Who would even want to live near someone who keeps vicious animals like these in their house? This is just awful. I’m very angry about this. I hope Ms. Buruchian sues the daylights out of these people.

    Dave,

Can you confirm if the RV hooked up and parked in their backyard with someone probably living in it would violate a town ordinance?

Why do you think someone is living in it?

Is it common to leave it hooked up if no one is living in it? Not too familiar with RV’s.

Everywhere, the same pit bulls get out again and again, are returned, and then they do it again.
I’m not worried about guns, I’m worried about being attacked by someone’s pit bulls.
But, no legislator wants to be seen as anti-dog.

On our books at one time before the drunks and drug users took over the town is an Ordinance in reference to tents pop-up tents on trailers trailers motor homes and anything on wheels besides bikes cars and pick up trucks
were not allowed to be parked on the streets or in the back yards. They were parked in the Marina. A person might

If the price was right. Thus the Marina.
What happened to that Ordinance? What happened to the space where they parked? What is happening to this 1.3
Square mile town? We are losing it. I
Hope when this is over we can return to the peaceful sea side town we were.

As for the RV, it’s against town ordinances to park it on your property, but they won’t bother you unless someone complains. Same thing applies with boats. Where can I find a link to this story about the dog?

Mr Gannon is a kind person. I am an older guy with a handicap who has had a hard time finding a place to go fishing. Parker Gannon invited me to fish in the Shark river from his piers antime time! Didnot see dogs when I accepted this very nice invite.
