   Great idea for Christmas ornaments Dave; Said palm tree ornament, ala Mr Roberts Order of the Royal Palm, ould be designed by Arts Council members then purchased and sold by the borough via the BUF. Sorta like an expense items for beach badges and their associated payroll/pension costs.

    Recently saw another exotic palm tree between the sidewalk and curb on 7th Avenue …. Unfortunately, these things may survive a mild winter …. and, along with exotic trees …. come exotic insects.
