Maybe his Jeep is blocking another “Parking for Mayor” sign we can’t see? Oh I forgot, as long as the black Jeep has the Belmar logo tire cover, it can park anywhere it wants.
Is this what “Selective Enforcement ” looks like?
Private Property
Residential Zone District
Change of Use from church to civic center
No Planning or Zoning Board Public Hearing
No this is what a Police Department that has been politicized looks like.
Sad that a boy scout (when they met at that location) got a ticket about a year and a half ago for parking on the other side of the street. He was there for the weekly meeting. This was right around Memorial Day when they put the signs up “no parking this side”
(I don’t know if the he had to pay it but its the idea….)
The rules do not apply for the king and his court. Out of the way peasants!
Nitpicking, yes, but he truly is a lawless moron.
This act is just another spit in the faces of the defiant one’s opponents. Catch him if you can, he dares you.
What pray tell can be done? Zero, Nyet, Nothing, Fugetaboutit! Scofflaw’s prerogative trumps your respect and the law!
Need a photo section here showing his lawless behavior.
Sad that a healthy 45 year old can’t park his car legally.
I’m going to seem to come out on the side of Matt on this one. Pictures only show a scene. Obviously, Matt’s vehicle is parked in the “no-parking” zone. But that might not convey the entire idea of just what he was up to. Maybe he had packages that he was delivering that only took a short time (I think many of us have done similar things – I certainly have). Since I’ve found out that an “iconic” photo of 1968 presented the opposite idea of just what occurred, I’ve been dubious of trusting photos as evidence.
