The New Jersey Attorney General’s office submitted a brief on behalf of the Monmouth County Board of Elections, co-defendants in the case. The brief’s author makes some pretty compelling arguments for dismissal. Click on the image to read it.
Hopefully Judge Gummer will abide by the Attorney General’s recommendation.

It’s ironic that the “mayor” chastises the residents for suing the borough, yet he has no problem suing the residents of the town under the guise of the NJ Democratic State Committee-trying to keep his hands clean but oh so obvious!
#2 – The dear lady referred to, who happens to be the head of the Belmar Democrats, has boasted that she is the master of deflection. This is what we have to deal with in this borough – no straight answers, just circuitous, self-serving malarkey.
007 how true she is wasting her talents here she should work for Hillary!
The original comment #2 was deleted and my reference has been lost. I have taken my poison antidote. Sorry, lady referenced.
I haven’t deleted any comments. Maybe someone sent a comment to the wrong post.
007-It was sort of a joke-for me to say I am a master of delfection-if you’ve read my comments, I’m usually straight forward-perhaps I should have said I get “Off Track”..but I will admit to being a “last word” type of person-I like you 007-remember your drink is “shaken……not stirred.”
#3-Thanks for the compliment, and recognizing my many talents….I also knit-would you like me to knit you a scarf? Also I’m a great Italian chef-I could whip us up some lasagna……but my real talents lie in politics-you’re SO right!
correction-deflection-sorry for the mistake, 007….my favorite movie about you is “Goldfinger…”
