Looks like somebody may have flagged it as inappropriate. Works on my computers but not my phone. I have to get to work. Don’t have any time to deal with it right now.
235,000 a year for the marina ( that’s a 100 k approx more than they paid for the pier only) . Marina parking, Golf course, Pier, And building, What a joke. Ask any developer or real estate formula for renting this is peanuts for what they get and the drain and negative effect on the marina like slip rental, parking availability (that also trickles to the mall parking lot and tenth ave area. Yeah the built this building big deal. 6 million broken down over 50 years and the rent they get from bait shop along w taking over the marina parking is just about 120k a year. That’s a weekend of business for them. Another fleecing of the taxpayers and drain on services that are hidden in this great deal. Water sewer? Do they pay? Like every other business or homeowner. The freebies that come along with this 12,000 sq ft montrocity is sickening.
OK, let me get this straight. I take three minute showers because:#1- I care about how much my water/sewer bill will be-#2-I do care about or natural resources and worry that someday our wells will run dry, and#3- I do care about out towns infrastructure and the debt that has occurred to repair it that I will pay for.
Now, Chef’s could give a rats tail about how much water they waste, they don’t pay for it. There is no incentive on their part to conserve. On the contrary, the more water/ice they use, the higher their profit margin is. They are selling and making money off of the free water they get. The more liquid they sell, the more the toilets get flushed. Why in God’s name isn’t Tom Brennan, our in house ecology tsar all over this. Too busy worrying about balloons and plastic bags I guess?
I think the Harmon brothers deserve another $1M for their lawsuit. They pay for water/sewer. How can they fairly compete with a business that does not pay for their product. Cha-Ching.
Dear Mr. Mayor and Council, Until you FIX all of these costly issues, massive salaries………,and so forth, do not even consider raising taxes in this town. Otherwise do us all a favor and resign from your positions’ and move the hell out of town, as Brennan and Doherty will be doing soon.

I don’t know what their problem is. I asked for a review and it said it may take a few days. BTW it seems to work with computers but not with phones.
I believe I accessed it thru the Belmar OPRA request site. Can anyone who understands this please tell me WHO pays for the water and sewer?
