Freehold did the land why were they turned down on doing the houses? More appeals less money until it is settled.

Freehold offered to do the houses for free. Now we have a large salary to be paid. Just wondering.

I am thinking that anything this town is involved with is crooked, one way or another. Using the phrase “week of November 9th” (right after the election) says a lot about how they operate. Sneaky and a “screw you” attitude. Wait and see…I would rather know something before I vote, not that I would vote for anyone in the present administration anyway.

#4 …. Agree, everything the regime touches is twisted around for control …. we don’t know the scope of the tax assessor’s consultant work …. it certainly targets residential properties …. how are commercial and redevelopment properties being treated?

Has anybody been visited by an inspector to have their property assesed ? Reason I’m asking is because nobody I know has had anyone come to their house and take a look.

Id be curious to see if the Home By Summer home is re assesed and property tax increased after seeing the information Dave posted 2 weeks ago about the fact that HBS property value and tax were lower despite a new home being built Three times the size.I wonder if they will be exempt from this assesment and increase.
