    Avon did it right by planning and using contractors without the built-in costs, such as requiring contractors to have labor union leaning apprentice programs. Get rid of the waste and Belmar too can build their pavilions for less that $7 Million.

    This is some funny math. How does a pavillion cost so much? This will cost the Belmar households $7M so there can be snacks sold on 12th street which is absolutely ludicrous!
