Hopefully this will be the beginning of the end of running Belmar like a private club or enterprise. The 4 council members lack ethics and commonsense and must be voted out of office.

Remember; PAY OR YOU CAN’T PLAY IN BELMAR.

Therefore it’s a no brainer: Vote NO.

I came out of my home about an hour ago to suddenly see that there are flyers with the verbiage to the end of “Vote No” under the windshields of parked cars. Get over to Boro Hall and vote NOW if you have not already. The entrance is on 6th and not very well marked.

  5. Neighbors .. friends .. when you go into that voting booth please remember there’s no one looking over your shoulder. Your decision should be based on what you truly believe is in your and Belmar’s best interest. No retribution .. no ballot police .. just your honest, considered decision. I’m not afraid to say I voted NO, and that’s my right to be public or private about my choice.

Hey Tulip I’ll tell you, the No vote wins, Magovern and Blackburn lose, the mayor loses freeholder and has to deal with 2 new faces on council that won’t just be rubber stamps for him. Oh yeah the Harmons win their suit and the defendants have to pay out of their pockets not take from the taxpayers of Belmar. Hows that for a summation.
