    Petition will be certified by the 27th. Won’t be presented to the Council until April 5th meeting, which will constitute 1st reading. Council then has 20 days to repeal the ordinance. If they don’t, the committee has 10 days to withdraw the petition. If they don’t the Clerk has to schedule a special election.
