    Lookouts for garbage must be hired and as such be included in garbage pick up specifications by garbage haulers because of the intense visibility interference as a result of parking problems within Belmar.

    We have reddish brown rats more red than brown long and thin the tail the same way only longer. We live by Silver Lake. So the southern portion of town is not the only place they are. I had a small one dead on my front steps and had to have it removed. Point is they are not fussy about where they eat.
