Very sad for the Harmon’s. Over the years they have been very generous to Belmar. They did not deserve this. I don’t know how this council, business administrator and police chief can sleep at night. I hope the Harmon’s have their day in court.
For some reason I don’t think Roddy has a reason to to lie and the rest do . What shame Drity D has turn this town. Into. That being said Brian Claire as real locals shoulder a lot of the blame for allowing and helping this fraud to to do it .
Dirty was the Major Domo at the Anchor Tavern on opening day and, in fact, was the official door opener of all things. Just ask the folks about preferential treatment for Middlesex people.

Destroying this facility is absolutely terrible and wrong… The administration should have allowed it to operate, just WRONG!!!!

He did say they would never open. Not one more Tiki Bar at the Marina, too much competition, too close to town, walkers safer.
Such BS. The administration should be behind bars. I hope the Harmon’s get triple their money back that they invested
Is anything going there?
Was that town DPW,or an outsourced construction/ demo company? And if outside wonder who ordered ( and when)
Owner of property?
Think back to lunchtime at 9th Avenue Pier prior to Marina Grill. Those lunchtime seats were warmed by borough employees an mattsir daily.

Wasn’t the 9th ave pier only supposed to be a temporary bar until the restaurant/bar was built? The town gave them an awful lot of prime property.
I wonder who will welcome everyone to the Seafood Festival this year (big banner).
Brian, mayor has need of exposure too.
The mayor liked drinking there too mucho.
