Just your average teenagers doing their average thing. These young adults should should be required to do community work. I say bring back reform schools. Certainly have enough students .

No arrests gives them the idea that they can do it again and get away with it.

As long as I have lived here,no matter what or where bad things happen BELMAR makes the headline. A paddy wagon should have met them at the station and as many as possible should be arrested and done community service.I know it’s easy for me to say and probably hard to do but these kids from other towns caused havoc on the train ,get dumped into Belmar and they have no punishment. Even if we could have detained them till their parents were contacted would have been good. Other towns skate with their reputations and have always dumped on Belmar.We should learn from this as to how to handle a large mob of idiots at one time.
