“You Have To Pass The Bond To Stop The Lawsuits”

Brought To You By The Belmar Democratic Committee:pringle

If you consider the fact that Pringle is now something like 6 for 6 in his legal actions on behalf of residents and beach goers, maybe what the people of Belmar should be saying is “enough” of the serial lawbreaking by the Doherty administration.

AGAIN, changing the subject. The question has always been since 2013, should taxpayers be on the line for overpriced pavilions? Former DPW Director and events planner for Belmar, Mr. Muerle detailed history on the rebuilding of various pavilions in testimony revealed a more practical and cost-effective approach 9 like other shore municipalities ) before this administration. What was proposed and now again will be voted on, never passed the sniff test. The only person I know, who has changed their mind a No now being a Yes is Tom Burke.

NJ STATE LABORERS PAC gives Belmar Democratic Committee 5000, THATS 5 THOUSAND folks, then these flyers start to come out. The same approach as last year. Overwhelming negative manipulative distortions. Ask yourself who benefits if these multimillion pavilions get built? The labor union will assuredly get the big fat bid with Matt Doherty at the helm. Especially now that our mayor and council are planning to strip our Pay to Play ordinance. More out of town big money coming into Belmar to influence and control YOUR town. COSTING YOU!!
After 5 lawsuits and 6 petitions from the grassroots, all of which overwhelmingly supported by residents and the courts, shouldn’t one conclude that our present administration is doing something wrong?
And just in case anyone out there thinks we enjoy all this let me assure you I personally (and I’m sure the rest of the active participants) would like nothing more than to be able to trust our government and sit back and enjoy our great beach life here in Belmar.
To our council members I ask this, isn’t it possible you also are being manipulated and used? I hate to think you are as dishonest as the Mayor and administrator although your voting record blindly following orders makes me wonder.

Although the Boro claims to be rebuilding the pavilions at hurricane and FEMA standards they are not rebuilding with concrete stanchions like Spring Lake. They will meet current codes and are driving pilings in the sand but not stanchions. These pavilions will also be lost or suffer severe losses in the next hurricane. Taxpayers be careful about taking on $4.1 million dollars to build only one pavilion of which $3.8 million in on our backs. We already bonded $2 million for the 10th Ave safety building. I do not like where Doherty is taking our town, too much debt and too many bars. I am voting NO to borrowing $4.1 million we cannot afford it.

My first reaction to this latest “Enough is Enough” junk mail was outrage that the Democrapic machine dared to single out Ken Pringle as the cause of ANY Belmar issue or indebtedness. The reality here is that by accepting the role of legal counsel for Belmar’s activist resident core, as well as individuals targeted by the administration, Mr. Pringle has successfully exposed the illegal actions perpetrated by the Mayor, the Administrator, and their puppets. To attack Mr. Pringle, or anyone who exposes the corrupt malignancy that has insinuated itself/themselves into power in Belmar, should enrage all Belmar residents. This is politics at its most despicable level.

Also it should be mentioned that not a single lawsuit is “against” rebuilding any pavilions, only against rebuilding them illegally.

Need to add a P.S. to my comment. We need to be cognizantly clear and focused. Mr. Pringle is NOT responsible for lawsuits past, present or future that relate to the current irresponsible and illegal administrative actions of Mayor Dogerty and his “team.” Do not allow the Democraps to distract you from the fact we have an election, and an opportunity, in two weeks to be heard loud and clear that we won’t tolerate being manipulated or used. Our votes for Dave .. and against the pavilion bond .. represent an opportunity to speak louder and more clearly then any words that appear on this blog.

#10 I believe “they” want to diminish Mr. Pringle’s value and effect because he is too knowledgeable for them. They twist everything they can. So can their words be used against them is what I wonder. I know libel is very specific, but it looks to me that some of this written matter is certainly “improper” if not directly libelous. I guess that is politics, a nasty game for sure. But…no excuse for lying.

Will someone please stop the Democrat driven “Fred Avery” telephone, cell calls coming into our homes. We are on the “Do Not Call” list. We do have more than enough on our plates considering the demands needed for the administration of nutrition, hydration, oxygen, coughalater, medication schedules and physical therapy issues than to be disturbed by these selfish, unsolicited calls. Especially disturbing when my husband, Jimmy Tichenor, answers the phone and “Fred” hangs up on him when Jimmt struggles trying to SAY NO.

The thing I find really funny is the glossy fliers they send out with the beautiful buildings that they claim responsibility for were mostly built by Barry DePeppe who does not use union labor on his projects. You want a nice pavilion done at reasonable cost why don’t you talk to the guy whose buildings you keep taking pictures of instead of trying to kill taxpayers with Matts union buddies.

Have the Amish construct a wood pavilion to hurricane standards then we can transport the 3 interconnected building’s (modular style) to Dempsey Park or Evans area ic we have a storm warning like we did for Sandy. 3 story modular is approximately $300,000. Hire local trades like plumbers and electricians out of Union of not. Done deal. 1 million
