Nothing decided had to postpone and reschedule the meeting to June 28th at 7:00pm.
There weren’t enough members to vote.
The fix is in,hot issue so they decided to stand down.
There was a quorum, but not an effective one to pass the variances. It was the applicant’s discretion to cancel the meeting because it appeared the fix was not apparent, in my opinion. That is, the board could have voted but not in a way that could pass unequivocally what the applicant wanted.
Just more time to convince board members to pass this abomination. 4 out of 6 is harder to guarantee than 4 out of 7. Smells like a stall tactic to me.
Ok So the members know this is a hot button issue and they don’t show? Aspirins please
Applicant needs 5 votes, so 5 out of 7 stands a better chance of approval.I worry what the attorney said about if the board fails to have 7 with the same applicant after X times the application is an automatic yes ? I never knew this.
