   The plan for Maclerie park is about expanding the parking for Chef internationals new building at the Marina. This is the payoff to keep Chef’s on track to build the Roadhouse looking bar and grill because they are angry over the 507 license moving to the icehouse. This has no benefit to the taxpayers of Belmar. They are only involved to sign the debt note. Everything Doherty does is to increase his political power by giving away town favors. Whatever the cover story is about how the community needs it, or we need to rebuild after Sandy, or FEMA is going to pay so who cares what it cost, is easily disproven by a little fact digging. FACT: the bulkhead needs fixed first, before anything else….but this doesn’t help parking for the bigger bar, so we ignore it. I love that Claire Deicke is willing to sell out her neighbors so Doherty can move up the political ladder. Maybe she thinks he is taking her with him.

   Loved the pic of her and Hil. Birds of a feather…

   #1 as they say[or used to] that’s the 64$ question…good luck getting an honest answer from the boro but the bond rating agencies must have it if anyone knows how to access that info…try asking the Mayor and see what you get[as I say good luck with that], ask our financial people and they are muzzled ..do our current or former council members know?…perhaps our admin who might like to have the facts for his campaign can obtain it thru an OPRA request, it certainly should be a campaign issue…for that matter, do the candidates plan on discussing it without having the facts?…and it looks like being the towns bond counsel is even sweeter than being the engineer.
