    C’mon…super-bender team Colleen-Matt can find their way around any rules/laws. Or just break them and not be accountable. The council will just nod and vote “yes”, unaware of or ignoring any laws. The mayor can leave office and leave them looking bad or stupid or ignorant, in my opinion.
