The first listed in what you present, Christian Henniger goes to school (college) in Washington DC and works through the office of Congressman Smith giving tours of the US Capital. A young man of very high character.

Jess Jones ballot is hand delivered by Lyndsey Bauries on 11/6 at 11:28 am. Then Bryan O’Connor hand delivers Jess Jones ballot on 11/6 at 12:00. What? Why would Jess Jones not hand in her own ballot? Aisleen Brennan hand delivers Doreen Jones ballot with her town written down as Eatontown. What? So ridiculous…and the games go on.
I think Doreen Jones voted in Eatontown but was included in the OPRA because it was delivered by someone from Belmar.
Lyndsey Bauries is a bartender at D’Jais, Jessica Jones is a waitress at D’Jais, and Frank Sementa is a part owner in D’Jais. SOooo D’Jais delivered quite a few ballots!!!

What is the purpose of getting post election OPRA mail in ballot information? Do the above referenced voters/messengers reside at the same addresses consistently year after year? Wouldn’t that mean something to the BOE?

Jess Jones is actually a manager not a waitress. She works seven days a week. This is why Lyndsey Bauries needed to hand in her ballot for her. She takes pride in being a resident in Belmar and needed her vote to count.
