   I checked back to 2010 and 2013 was the lowest revenues in those past 4 years:
   2010: $3,219,219.50
   2011: $2,995,217.00
   2012: $3,312,459.32
   2013: $2,882,133.20

   I plan to look back further when I have time.

   Also, appropriated expenditures for 2013 were over $2 million higher than any of those other years and less than half of that increase can in any way be attributed to hurricane expenses. Spending in almost every category was up and we were only able to balance the beach budget by including over $2 million borrowed from FEMA.

   I might write a more detailed post about the beach numbers in the near future.
