Sunday Poll

I know many of you would like to see a smaller pavilion or no pavilion, but if we’re stuck with the current plan how much do you think it should cost?  I know, I know, it’s free, it’s free.

We should build what we can afford from FEMA funding. We are getting 2.8 million. We should use those funds to build both pavilions. Nothing is free.

When you total your Lexus goes the insurance company give you money to buy a Bentley??? If your house is insured for $500,000 and it burns to the ground does the insurance company give you money to build a 3 million dollar home. Hey council members, Are you spending more than you make and go into heavy debt????? WAKE UP and Pay Attention! This is NOT YOUR MONEY!

Avon spent 1.2 all in , only thing not included is the restaurant equipment and finishing. But then again they kept the construction in house. In Matts defense your trex Boardwalk was done first . Congrats to Belmar

Keep the costs down. Sad to waste money in these tough times.

And get the pavilion built already.

Also, Belmar does need more control on Ocean Ave. Crazy crowds and dangerous to cross the street.

This past weekend, especially Sunday, Belmar was very crowded. And no one came for the pavilions!
