Workshop better have available the “Alternate Project Plans” submitted by Belmar to FEMA that asks for approval of the combined reimbursements for the 5 lost buildings to be directed to rebuilding one pavilion.     We cannot afford to rebuild and owe one cent in debt. Have you noticed your tax bill start doing the math residents it’s getting scary.

    If a FEMA representative is not available everything is subject to Matt’s interpretation. Again it’s his fifth funding plan. And just to clarify Brian, you DO NOT have to rebuild within the footprint under a FEMA Alternative Project Plan. In those cases the rebuilt structure can be larger. The plans MUST BE PROVIDED. Giving a heads up here.

    Further it is unknown how we can break CAFRA law to rebuild. Matt bring in a CAFRA rep also. We are not going to buy into your propaganda about funding. Show us the money.

Belmar Taylor FEMA project worksheet used an acceptable model to calculate by the SQUARE FOOT the cost to rebuild existing as well as new Taylor. The problem with the Council is they don’t take the time to look things over. Many residents and people opposing the amount for Taylor are builders.
