    now …. the Silver Lake water elevation is set low with a shoreline spill box connected to the “A Street Pipe” …. to the Shark River discharge …. the pipe is static / level and uses the tides for operation …. it flows with low tides.
    approaching storms may be a actual test of the pipe.
