Tomorrow night Resolution Appointing Dave Roberts- Amending Seaport Redevelopment Plan AGAIN.
Please read past blogs on this site that discuss what they are planning:
February 8, 2015 Seaport redevelopment to extend to 16th Ave
    Feb,15,2015 Redevelopment town
Feb. 19,2015 Painting the town REDevelopment
    Feb.20, 2015 Is It Legal?
and then come and speak up at the public comments on Resolution Calendar.
Dave Roberts basically steered the committee that was created to review the Seaport Redevelopment Plan toward greater expansion. He is the very person who expanded the original area to encompass the entire Marina and Maclearie Park.
By what legal criteria? Show me the blight.

Rewarding Loyalty to the administration and
shredding the Constitution, Tuesday’s meeting will have the appointing and swearing in of Belmar Lt. Andrew Huisman. Personally I look forward to the video recording of the new police chief’s taking of the oath after years of his being a critical agent for political retribution resulting in numerous lawsuits. State v Andrew Huisman March 2014 and the current suit by Boathouse Harmons 1.5 million. The Doherty, Connolly, Huisman triangle is getting very expensive in terms of taxpayer paid legal fees.

Puppets have to jump as the master pulls the strings. Acting is not chief. Police director is de facto leader in Emergencies.

Campbell will have a few more years to grow into the job.

#1 Even if there is blight you have to have businesses ready willing and able to sign a lease I don’t see that happening unless Chef’s International wants to run a food road or court.

Hey Mr. borough attorney, think the public would like to know the amount of the proposal from this Planner, and don’t you think it should be stated in the resolution or agreement attached to the resolution for public review??

#9. It is supposed to be a notice via Belmar in the newspaper, according to NJSA 40: statute quoted in the Resolution.
