A 48-hour written notice must also be given for any regular, special, adjourned or unscheduled meeting giving the time, date, location and as complete an agenda as known at time of notice. The notice must be prominently posted in a public place, usually in the municipal building, and delivered to at least two previously designated newspapers.

Without any referendums to force him out for “unlawful acts” ie: a legitimate recall, Matt and Maggie, Colleen and Mike, The police, you name it smirk as they deposit their checks for “service” in the bank every two weeks. AND SO IT GOES. If history repeats, the likes of a Brian Magovern and a Janis whatever-Blackburn will continue their disservice to their neighbors. With NO AUTHENTIC POLITICAL OPPOSITION in the upcoming election, count on more of the same. Speaking of authentic political opposition, are Mark Walsifer and Josh Vallario plants for the Dem machine? Sure seems like it.
