Boy, Matt and Colleen are really sticking it to the ‘too many drunks in town’ crowd among the residents here. According to today’s Coast Star, the medals runners get from Saturdays race “are designed to feature a bottle opener.” Matt is really helping our property values by turning us into a drunks’ town. nice job matt, nice message that sends to children too. I know how important it is for you to protect the town children.
MM is missing the point the Mayor was NOT at the council meeting that he should be at so where was he? It does not matter where else he was he should be at the meeting. Maybe he was hanging out with Trumpster Fire,
Mayor Doherty isn’t at the meetings because he can’t vote on anything because he has a conflict of interest with our current pay to play ordinances that he tried to change so he could take contributions forbidden to him. Since he took them anyway he can’t vote. So he misses meetings and leaves it to the rubber stamp council instead. VOTE NO September 27. Protect Belmar
Magovern Charade: Gee Brian ask about the particular end result for Maclearie Park bathroom trailer. After the fact that is. He questioned why it had to be on an angle taking up unnecessary footage in an already undersized athletic field. Watch the Colleen dance in response to his direct questions. Teddy you missed it. Fancy dancer Colleen first told Brian that they had to move the trailer, where they moved it because “it was in the flood zone”. No they could not get the permit because it was in a riparian zone. The riparian zone known to all administrations and memorialized in the 2010 CAFRA Permit did not go away because we had a new business administrator or a new borough engineer. ANY INTELLIGENT & ACCOUNTABLE COUNCILMAN would have responded with, ” why would you and Nick plan a bathroom trailer in a riparian zone given the existing CAFRA plan and permit? You see beginning in 2015 Colleen and Nick hatched this plan ( I have all the OPRA’ed documents. thousands of Belmar taxpayer dollars went to change the type and location of the bathroom trailer. This is but one of many follies that taxpayers will pay for. But there is justice. The new bathroom trailer blocks the view of the Shark River from Nick DiCotiis’s home on Rt. 35. Yep!, it’s smack in front and will result in a considerable decrease in his property value. What a fool.
That trailer at an angle is the ugliest piece of trash and one of the first things seen upon entering Belmar from Route 35N. This administration it turning Belmar into a junk town, I hate it. Leaving.
I don’t fancy appearing in some rogues’ gallery of photos in stupid Facebook, but an image of rubber stamps with Magovern’s and Blackburn’s faces on them could say something. No words or offensive names, just “rubber stampers”. Or donkeys (with the faces of those two) holding rubber stamps. I give permission to any protesters or political opponents of this administration to use those ideas. Nodee will not sue for artistic rights, if there is such a thing.

So did I. Thanks for sharing. First billy club was in 1966, civil rights protest. Second was in 1968, March on Pentagon, Vietnam War protest. What about you and your badges of honor?

Since Nick lives across the street, I wonder if he noticed that the handicap ramp to the ill placed new bathroom trailer is not ADA compliant. Not sure if it is a Maser screw up, Public Works screw up, combination of both, but there should have been plans submitted to the building department for approval.

Matt’s platform as freeholder, I am a victim. I am the moral candidate vote for me. Ignore that I am unlawful, take favors, intimidate residents, violate the civil rights of taxpayers, spend Belmar’s taxpayer’ money anyway I want. I just say tough luck to anyone who challenges me. They are against recovery, obstructionists, terrorists and naysayers. PS from all reports the “children” were not home on the day Matt held his very public (all welcome) fundraiser. What a pathetic liar.
