Interesting how none of the legislative sponsors and co-sponsors of this bill are from Monmouth County. What business is it of theirs for this law change?

The gentleman Raj is friendly with Matt Doherty he is the one that sponsored the bill and spoke at the assembly what a great thing it would be for the shore economy once he realized there was opposition to it he had no idea that he was putting forward a bill that had opposition mind you he’s from Hudson County. You can read the testimony from the assembly hearing from last year. Is about one place DJs been able to open for parade day. Ask any of the other seasonal towns and the mayors of such not one person is pushing for this bill

Pass through contributions abound. How many fine legislators live in towns with seasonal liquor licenses?

We know there was a done deal months ago. Deals, deals and squeals every night in Belmar is what we are called. Because we are so very privileged to have our very own sitting liquor lobbyist on the council right now.

If this bill passes, it will reduce the value of the yearly liquior license in the area. How will these businesses be compensated, another lawsuit?

When do these legislators start doing work for the people and not for their special interests?
