Matt recusing himself is the biggest joke there is. Now he sits on the sideline and can say he doesn’t have anything to do with decision leaving the other four holding the bag.
That has got to be one of the laziest appeals for the building change accompanied by an ugly and lazy building designed. But in the end, this will all be rubber stamped with approval.
I hope the project will provide sound proof walls and windows or they will have to sell to deaf people as they are in direct line of site of the train whistle going and coming. People that bought new homes near Raceway Park sued the builder stating they were not informed the cars have jet engines, and cant hear conversations when having a bar b que in their back yard.
Remember what was there before…the biggest eyesore in town. These developers spent a lot of money taking the old ice house building down and improving the site. This whole mess is the fault of this mayor and council and no one else.
#7 The Mayor is completely at fault. He is the top”dog” and is morally responsible for what happens or does not happen? If I ‘m not mistaken the Harmon’s are middle class people. Or could they be those lousy upper class creating jobs for the middle class. Uh duh!
