Heard the request for Residential only was totally vetoed by the big D; the region was designed for commerce, tourism. So much for high end residents, huh.
Gee …. the plan in the latest redeveloper agreement shows 2 story buildings …. now the buildings are growing to 3 stories!
Does Ollie have anything to say? Will Mr. Murray address the construction noise sure to impact the Federal Senior Building?
More people, more parking. Urbanization is creeping into the prestigious north end of town.

Just looked at the Belmar 4th district election graph. It looks, surprisingly, like a hatchet or as voters may remember a lever. Interesting configuration.
So, Admin, get a motorcycle. Be sure to strap the wife onto the back, though, for protection. Yours, not hers. Property values can still go up as long as the bike is shiny and big, like a Harley. More bikes can be squeezed into parking spaces, hmmm, maybe I am onto a solution for the impending parking situation. I can see a long line of motorcycles parked along Inlet Terrace.
OMG, park your bikes on the Terrace and walk to the beach. Wonderful! Go tell Mary B to contact her Sparks pals right away, they can advertise in Sloatsberg too!

#3 Most of those people in that building, including myself, have difficulty hearing anyway.
I hope Mr. Murray heard that the mayor lost the freeholder election, especially taking a hard hit in his own district. Even his neighbors don’t seem to like him much.
with 10 new deluxe condos there should be enough money to go around.
