That is an above average salary
This was a done deal in November.
Magovern received the BA’s resignation by December 5th … Why didn’t he advertise the open position?
…doesn’t care about the fate of the town that voted against him. Or, he didn’t know how to go about hiring a new BA (without Colleen — who wasn’t gonna help while her ship was sinking).
$130,000 ?! C’mon, that’s just dumb.
$130k ??? Who comes up with that salary? Is there a guideline that was voted on by ordinance or resolution?? What was meanie’s salary?
$130,000.00 really? That on top of at least one pension. Come on, give us a break!
That salary does seem a bit high for such a small town as ours.
#10 Tom I agree it is a bit high, however if he can get the town run more efficiently,reduce taxes, and undo Matt’s Country Club antics it is worth it.
$130K is OK … if all other municipal employees make less … (including overtime, etc)
Unmasking of culprits is scheduled. If the offenders were smart they’d jump ship now before it’s too late.
