As you know I always share any information I have with you regarding the workings of our local government and the actions of our public officials. If I choose not to be the vehicle for unsubstantiated claims to be circulated or claims that are substantiated but just something I think wouldn’t be right to publish please respect that.
If someone wants to get the information out that they’ve been sending into the comments (and that I’ve known about for many years but chosen not to publish) there are other venues. They can write a letter to the paper, mail out flyers or speak at a public meeting about it.
My opinion is that all of us who are over 40 years old are different people than we were 40 years ago and so whatever happened 40 years ago is irrelevant. Also I would note that the person involved who is from Belmar was not actually directly involved and in the end nothing ever came of it for that person.

Admin…. I agree with your philosophy on this…. Many times I have been ready to comment on that incident that occurred 40 years ago but it would have been taking the low road… Thanks for continuing your blog…
